Sharing and exchanging with the other members of the collaborative development group helps me to evolve enormously. We realize that everyone is going through the same problems and that being able to talk about them with confidence helps us to find solutions and see things more clearly.
About Women's Femmessor collaborative development approach
Femmessor collaborative development approach is available to women entrepreneurs, whether or not they receive funding through Femmessor.
A Start-up group (0 to 5 years) and a Growth group are active in the 17 administrative regions of Quebec1. Each collaborative development group is composed of a maximum of ten (10) participants who share similar business issues.
- Nine (9) meetings per year (approximately 3 hours/meeting)
- Topics covered: business issues, managerial skills, women's leadership, etc.
A local professional, trained by our collaborating partner, Entrepreneurs' Organisation Montréal (EO Montréal), ensures the quality of the discussions through a structured approach to dialogue, active listening and reflection. The objective: to encourage participants to take action in their daily lives.
A specialist can join the facilitator to address a specific issue that affects the majority of participants. The Femmessor Experts and other specialists from the region are then called upon to contribute.
1 In 2019-2020, Femmessor collaborative development approach will be gradually deployed in the 17 regions of Quebec. To find out which regions are currently being recruited, please contact us.
