About Femmessor Groups
Femmessor Groups are available to women entrepreneurs, whether or not they receive funding under the Femmessor program.
A Start-up Committee (0 to 5 years) and a Growth Committee are active in each of the 17 administrative regions of Quebec. New for fall 2020: Femmessor Groups specifically designed for women entrepreneurs in specific contexts. Each Committee is made up of 7 to 10 participants who share similar business issues.
- Three-hour training on the key principles of Femmessor Groups.
- A 24-hour total of co-development with women entrepreneurs who share YOUR business reality.
With the other participants in your Committee, you will discuss topics that are important to you, such as: your business issues, your entrepreneurial skills, your women's leadership, etc.
A woman regional professional, trained by our accompanying partner, Entrepreneurs' Organisation Montréal (EO Montréal), will ensure the quality of the interaction through structured discussion, listening and reflection. The objective: to stimulate the participants' commitment to act in their respective daily lives.
